TICKET OFFICE

Hours of Operation

 

By Phone: Tuesday through Friday  - 11am until 6pm.

Venue Box Office is generally open 1 hour prior to curtain on performance days only.

 

There are 3 Easy Ways to Purchase Tickets!

 

Online: At the top of the page click the link BUY TICKETS. Tickets are available 24 hours a day and online availability is the same seating that is available through the Ticket Office. Online single ticket purchases include a $1.75/per ticket order handling fee.

 

By Phone: You can purchase tickets by calling Audience Services at (614) 736-8985 during regular Ticket Office hours.

 

In Person: Tickets may be purchased in person at the venue Ticket Office beginning 1 1/2 hours before curtain.

 

 

TICKETING POLICIES

 

Thank you for taking the time to read our ticketing and performance policies. These policies are intended to create a positive experience for you and all of our patrons. If you have a question about one of our policies please don't hesitate to call Audience Services at (614) 736-8985 or email warehousecolumbus@gmail.com.

 

All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or cancellations.

 

STUDENT RUSH TICKETS

Full-time students (with a valid school ID) may purchase tickets for $15.00 for 1/2 hour at the venue beginning 1 hour before curtain time.  Students must purchase tickets in person (1 per ID).

 

PAY WHAT YOU WANT PERFORMANCES

A limited number of Pay What You Want tickets will be made available for Sunday matinees and Wednesday evening performances. PWYW tickets must be purchased at the door on the day of the performance. Tickets can be purchased with cash (no fee) or credit ($2 fee).

 

GROUP SALES

Groups of 10 or more recieve a 25% discount. Tickets must be purchased together and in advance in order to receive discount.

 

CHILDREN

Children under age five are not permitted unless the production specifically appeals to very young children. All other children attending an event, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Because it can be distracting to everyone in the theatre, if your child is disruptive or excessively restless, you may be asked to leave. Most productions are not recommended nor discounted for children.

 

TICKET EXCHANGES

You may exchange your tickets for any other performance of the same production by calling Audience Services at (614) 736-8985. Exchanges must be made by 4 p.m. on the day of an evening show and by noon for matinees. No exchanges or cancellations for special events or special presentations. There is a $5 per ticket exchange fee. No refunds will be issued for tickets.

 

PERFORMANCE POLICIES

 

LATE SEATING

Patrons who arrive late will be seated at an appropriate break in the action and at the discretion of the House Manager. You may be seated in an alternate location designated for late arrivals.

 

ELECTRONIC DEVICES

Please silence all electronic devices including cellular phones, watches and pagers before the performance. Cameras and Recording Devices are strictly prohibited in the theatre.

 

ACCESSIBILITY

Wheelchair seat locations are available for wheelchair users and a companion at all performances; be sure to advise the reservationist that you require a wheelchair location.

 

RUNNING TIME

Once a play has opened you may find out the running time by visiting the SHOWS section of our website and clicking on the production you are coming to see or by calling Audience Services at (614) 736-8985. 

 

PHOTO/VIDEO DISCLAIMER

During your visit, you may be filmed, videotaped, and/or photographed by a Warehouse employee, contract photographer or the media. Your attendance at Warehouse events serves as permission for the use of your image by Warehouse Theatre Company.

 

SHOW ADVISORIES

Warehouse offers an advisory about any stage effect of potential concern to patrons’ health. We will post this information as soon as it’s available. We don’t offer advisories about subject matter, as sensitivities vary from person to person. If you have any concerns about content, please contact Audience Services at (614) 736-8985.

 

IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER

Warehouse does not cancel or reschedule performances due to inclement weather and will not offer refunds due to inclement weather. If bad weather prevents you from attending a scheduled performance, call Audience Services at (614) 736-8985 as soon as possible and no later than the following day, to make alternative arrangements, excluding a refund.
